Fulfillment and after-delivery options
Orders usually require 1–2 business days of processing, followed by estimated transportation of 4–6 business days after dispatch. We accept eligible new goods returned by mail whether defective or non-defective, and exchanges are accepted. A non-defective item must be new and unused. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery and wait for approval.
