Your Skincu order passes through preparation and then carrier transportation; these are separate parts of the timeline.
Preparation window
Following successful payment authorization, we normally need 1–2 business days to prepare the parcel. Weekends and relevant public holidays are excluded from business-day calculations.
Transportation estimate
After dispatch, the expected carrier journey is 4–6 business days. The estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, because weather, local conditions, address issues, and carrier events may cause delays.
Shipment support
Confirm the destination before checkout and follow the tracking information when it becomes available. For a missing scan, a delivery discrepancy, or transit damage, write to mangoolstrial@gmail.com and include the order and tracking numbers.
